User Agreement

General Terms of Use for Internet Users of the TrueBuki website:

• Site – a media platform located on the Internet at the address: truebuki.com.
• Company – a legal entity that is the founder and copyright holder of the Site.
• User – an individual visiting the Site, accepting the terms of this Agreement, and having an account on the Site.
• Site Administration – authorized persons who set the rules for using the Site, manage its operation, and monitor User compliance with this Agreement.
• Site Services – functionalities available to Users, including access to sports analytics, forecasts, statistics, and other services.
• Content – intellectual property belonging to the Company, including analytical articles, statistics, graphics, and other data.

User Content – content posted on the Site by Users voluntarily and free of charge.

This User Agreement (hereinafter – «Agreement») is a legal agreement between the User and the Company, governing the use of the Site and access to its Services.

Registration on the Site and use of its Services confirm the User’s acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If the User disagrees with these terms, they are obligated to immediately discontinue use of the Services.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement without notifying the User. The new version takes effect upon its publication on the Site.

The content on truebuki.com is protected by copyright and is intended for personal use only. Users agree not to copy, distribute, or use Site materials without the Company’s written permission, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

Processing of Personal Data

Registration on the Site implies consent to the processing of personal data. The Company commits not to disclose the User’s personal information, except as required by law.

Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

TrueBuki does not guarantee the accuracy of information posted on the Site and is not responsible for any damages related to its use. The truebuki.com site is not a betting site and does not participate in Users' financial transactions.

Other Terms

This Agreement becomes effective upon the User's registration and remains in force for the entire period of Site use. All disputes shall be resolved amicably.

The User agrees to receive informational and promotional emails from the Site Administration.
